This is an internet startup in the online dating service. A solid diligence on the business, including markets, execution details, legal and regulatory issues has been completed,and we believe there is a strong business opportunity here.
If you want to be an internet entrepreneur / or want to do it again, this is a dream job. You will be a partner in the business and will work closely with the founder to define all aspects of it. Developing the prototype will be a key focus upfront. You will play a key role in defining and building the technology capability of this internet startup. the incoming member will help with all parts of the venture, including business strategy, pitch to investors. The role will evolve quickly as the business grows, with significant flexibility to assume different positions. This is a great opportunity for someone who would be excited about joining a business that could be generating millions in revenue in a short timeframe.

Please be more specific/ upfront about what you're offering here. Is this a paid position or some sort of partnership?

I am always skeptical when I hear "earn quick cash with our business startup", because I rarely see a business model or a plan for payment. Also these ideas often are copies of concepts already in existence, so I ask, what about your proposal is concrete, do you have a revenue model, do you have any capital, what is the share ratio, and can you share all of this, perhaps upon request?

Sure every business expects growth, but why should a developer like me stick a lot of their valuable time on the line doing work if we aren't sure this can actually provide?

So what exactly do you bring to the table, and what do you offer in return?
