1) Project Details: Web-based RTS Combat System in PHP/MySQL. We currently have a combat system for a web-based MMORTS, but it needs A LOT of work done, as the current code does not work properly at all, it needs redone. Several variables need to be taken into affect against different types of "armies".
2) Payment Amount: Will be discussed.
3) Payment method/details: Paypal preferably.
4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): If completed, you'll be the first to know of future projects needing to be done from us. We need somebody who is very thorough in their work, very accurate, and is easy to get in touch with.
