Added to the XML forum rules thread:

Tell us what scripting or programming languages you are working with. XML by itself is not very useful - often you need another language to read or manipulate the XML data into your desired format. If you intend to read the XML by JavaScript, please say so. If you plan on using PHP, please mention it.

I'm posting this separately because the rules thread hasn't been changed in a long time.

Why am I making this a rule? Often it's not clear to fellow contributors what tools you have at your disposal.

The XML forum rules thread is already sticky :) This is the non-stick, Teflon thread. :D

I generally leave the Flash forum alone, other than for putting out fires. Whoever moderates that forum is free to create their own rules.
