We are seeking an Interactive Developer who meets the following criteria:
(in order of priority)

1. LAMP -- should have hands on development experience.
- Linux or Unix
- PHP
- MySQL

2. Web Technologies -- looking for someone whose focus is coding. Not a designer.
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- AJAX

3. Content Management Systems -- should have hands on experience with some sort of CMS.
- ExpressionEngine
- Movable Type
- Drupal

4. Mac OS X -- In addition to these two items, shell scripting would be a plus.
- AppleScript
- Automator

5. General Video Experience -- in the context of web development.
- DAMS
- Feedroom
- Brightcove
This dynamic individual must have:
Background in Math and Physics. Have proper grounding in logic problems.
Have some exposure to a Content Management System.
Have exposure to video.
Web development work must show use of CSS or standards-based coding.
Must be able to show evidence of software proficiency (drawings or illustrations using Freehand or Illustrator).
Must have Flash experience (more than entry level), with evidence of Action Scripting.
Must have some JavaScript experience and be able to show how it solves problems in
particularly unique ways.
