For a while now, I have been making layouts which either vertically auto-stretch or have specific height. Either way, the footer is pushed down, by whatever is above it.
So what is the instruction, which places a footer div at the bottom of the page, regardless of content area height? To fill in, I plan to use y-repeating backgrounds... You know the drill... ("as per Psuedo columns").
Then of course, I'd like to nudge the footer back up a little, to give it some respectable distance from the actual bottom of the page.
Many thanks,
