In photshop 6.0, how do I make an object glow a certain color? Can you make text glow. I know it has something to do with editing the layers and drop shadow, but I just can't figure it out. Thanks. BTW: you can AIM me at smartalecc5

Layer => Layer Style => Outer Glow

The other option is:

Layer => Layer Style => Drop Shadow, set 'distance' to zero and increase 'size' and 'spread' as desired
