creating the dial-up networking files with VB

Does anybody know how to use Visual Basic to create a dial-up connection? I don't mean actually connecting through the VB program, as I have found how to do that. What I would like to do is create an application that will create the dial-up connection with the proper info in the user's dial-up networking folder(granted it would vary with the version of windows).

Hmmm thats tough. I know you can do it. It probably takes a slew of API calls to do it.
