i got a script it is coded in php and data system is in .txt format just need to covert the flat file system to sql

I took a look at your code, looks like you've got a lot of in-line calls to the text files (reading, opening, parsing) in the system and very little in theway of function / class calls.

Also, I noticed that there are no header rows in the text files, so I'm not sure what data is supposed to be in them.

Can you elaborate on what you need? If you're looking to convert this from a text based system to mySQL database system, then I think it will be quite beneficial to re-code some significant portions of the system. Obviously there would be some investment in that approach.

Do you have any budget range for this?

Under $500, $500 - $1500, $1500+???

I have gone through the text data file system. As per your requirement I can convert it to sql. I have developed one program in C++ it can easy convert the text data file to sql format.
So please provide me more information if you have.
