Ordered Lists

I was wondering that when coding an ordered list if there is a snippet of coding that can be added to the css to put like a double enter after the li and /li? So it's not:

1.
2.
3.

but more like

1.

2.

3.

Play with the margin property.

Or simply add line-height:2;
