Handing overflow, having trouble.

Hi guys, looks like you've got a nice forum here!

I'm building a web page for my new business, and I'm having a little trouble. To design the page, I drew the image of what I wanted my page to look like in Paint Shop Pro. Then I cut the image up into different sections, saved the images as .jpg and put them back together on the web site with CSS. This is the first time that I've attempted to go from scratch with a css based page, so I fear I may have made an error or two...

www.thescootergarage.com is the site that I'm working on. Ignore the godaddy banner... I'll be paying up and removing it when I get the finished product that I want.

On the "qualifications" www.thescootergarage.com/qualifications.html I have a couple more certificates to add, but that screws up the whole document. What I am trying to figure out how to do, is add another div which I've labled "end" to between the footer and the content div's. This div will have a .jpg in the background that will repeat vertically. I want the overlfow content from the "content" div to spill into the "end" div which will span on down for however long it needs to in order for it to fit the content.

Any help would be highly appreciated. I hope I don't have to start my CSS over with a new set of images. :(

Okay, but would not using tables solve my problem? I assume that I need some special line of code that I'm missing. I'll remove the tables and go about displaying the information with CSS (which must be the 'better' way?). Will that automagically solve my problem with the data "overflowing"? If so, please explain how, because I don't understand.

changing from tables is a good thing and both this and validation don't solve the problems but make them easy to fix.

the easy fix I see, if I understand the problem, is to put the footer in a row:

<td colspan="2">........
</td>
</tr>
