Need a script on pop up on exit with delay

Can anyone help to get a Javascript with following features:
1. Pop up/under on exit
2. Rundom URL from a pool of URLs
3. Cookie enabled/disabled for one pop up/under per browser session
4. Resizable ( in terms of window size and attributes)
5. Delay pop up/under. This means it will not pop up right away when page is closed , but in some specified period of time.

I have seen quite a few pop ups on exit, but could not find with the features I specified above.

Popups or popunders on exit are another of those annoying things which are pretty well guaranteed to make people avoid your site like the plague. Mercifully it is not possible to introduce a delay after the page has closed, as by definition the page has closed and the script is no longer running.

I bet your script whatever you come up with doesn`t work in all browsers because.....

You can disable popup windows in opera and they don`t appear.
