I'm very experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and ImageReady, all my designs are coded with XHTML 4.0 as well as CSS, I mainly use a DIV based structure to minimize my code:content ratio, which of course is better for SEO. As well as I do have extensive knowledge in regards to Search Engine Optimization.

As far as my rates, they're on a per project basis, I like keeping everything fair, therefore I always work my rates around each clients budget, I'm willing to negotiate in order to ensure it is within your price range.
