What did you actually do for the graphic?
The background looks like a bg picture or a brush and the text looks like it was from a font so it wasn't homemade. So the only thing you did was the circles?

I personally did not do much to the graphic to be honest. Just lot's of blending styles. The rest was done with brushes and vectors. So pretty much I didn't do any of it.
