Open Outlook address list

Hi,

In html we can open a new outlook mail message using <a href="mailto:tomailid@domain.com">.

I want to open the outlook adress pop up window (Address Book) using html.

Any idea how to do?

My fist instinct it to say no.

a) you are only pulling up the outlook "new message" window because this is your set default email applicaiton on your OS.. what about mac users?

b) you can not control a application with HTML. so choosing what part of a program is to be opened with HTML is not possible.

I could be wrong and I stand to be corrected if that is the case.

My application is for Windows users and for those who have outlook as thehir default mail client.
So let me not worry about users other than the above settings.
