Can I preload several pages and display them by IFRAME lable and CSS?

As our know, IFRAME label may build an other page in a main page, I would make the page inside main page be changeable, by CSS visibility properties I couldn't realize it :(
Can I use javascript to control IFRAME's src properties to change contents of sub-page such as change image?
