I am building http://project10tothe100ideacollection.com/

Google collected over 100,000 ideas from its project 10 ^100th idea call, but will only publish 100 idea to the public.

I think collecting all submitted ideas to show the world, will be benefit a lot of people, the ideas authors and readers. The site could generate some traffic too.

Too bad I have no web skill, can't afford a good coder or manage a such site.

If you like the idea, know how and willing to help, please be my partner and webmaster the site. If it makes money, I take the smaller part.

Really, there is no value for someone to do this site with you since you bring no money or skills to the table. No to be rude, but I could just as easily create the site myself (with a different domain) and take all of the profits (if there would be any...).

You will need to come up with some tangible benefits for working together on this project, what you can do to supplement the work, and how to pay the bills, before quality developers would do this, basically for free unless it makes money.
