Auto-resize pages

I want to know hoa can i make my pages to auto resize, so that the users don't need to scroll right to dee the whole page. There must be a very simple line of code, but I don't know it.

resize to what exactly? do you want people with small screens to have the page unreadably small?

i'm sure most users don't mind doing a bit of scrolling.

you can use percentages to measure your page.
instead of a width of a pixel value, width="100%"
this would allow that effect.
