Hello,
I am working on a simple text chat application using FMS; I put it up on my website but it cannot connect users.
When I test it on my comp, in two different browsers it works fine. However when I open it on two different computers the chat room will open but cannot communicate with each other. when I open it on my computer I am registered in the admin console as an active client but on another computer I am not recognized. As I am new to FMS I really don't know what to do. If anyone has any suggestions as to what might be the problem as well as a possible solution for this problem I'd appreciate it.

I know nothing about FMS, but it sounds like permissions issues. Have you made sure the settings are set to give appropriate permissions to users?

Hello ,
it seems to me that this is a shared object problem.
1) Are you sure that the two browser windows use and connect to the same application?
2)Are you sure that the two browser windows use and connect to the same shared object?

If not , then text sharing is not possible , because there is not A COMMON shared object.
Is it possible to upload your code?
