How to convert RSS Feed into Javascript

I have a small article directory and want to know how to convert RSS feed URL into javascript code for other website/publisher to display recent articles on their websites.
Although some websites offer this conversion but the source code contain thier weblink too. i need own script to install on server.
for example the given blow website offering the facility;

this is more of a php question rather than a javascript one (though you can do the same thing with javascript too...) what you need is some server-side script that fetches the rss xml and converts it into the required format
