c# How to pass data from two forms to the last form (confirm form)?

I have 5 forms, the first form gets user inputted information as well as the third form. I wish to transfer the data from the first and third form into the forth form (confirmation form) so that the user can confirm what they have selected.

Is there any way to do this??
