Good
Main navigation - rollovers

Bad
Banner - everything is symmetrical. Why?
Sidebar - you have the current moon. Why?
Navigation font size - too small. Why?
Borders - too mediocre. Why did you choose these?

Overall, it's not that good.

@Yay: I think that you should be more respectful in your review. I have no reason to believe that you are a credible designer instead of some punk teenager. I request a little more respect from you.

If you want to give a review to actually help someone, make some suggestions, ask questions, actually talk with the person. Otherwise you sound like a stuck up snob who is only here to make themselves look good by tearing down others. If you can't provide quality feedback, I would ask you not review.

@GCypher: The most important thing I have to say is that its straining on the eyes overall.

Do you like the colors? I find them a bit hard on the eyes especially when I see straight red on black. I think the text color variations are mostly fine, it helps differentiate things, but do you like the red a lot? I have read once that it is the most straining color on the eyes, which is why stop lights are red. Perhaps use it more cautiously. Also have you thought about bringing the background up a little bit so its not so black-hole dark? Also perhaps the white text could be darkened ever so slightly to make it less straining?
Your site has a lot of headroom, so that I must scroll for the meat of the page. I don't have a small screen either. I think you might be able to reduce the header, or remove some text, or something.
Modules, what is your reasoning for some of them? In a book about usability I read, if something isn't making your site more clear or useful, it shouldn't be on your site. I see a lot of modules that might be overly distracting. Perhaps look at how this forum works, and displays content. Some things might be cool, but do you think they have a real purpose? If you ask that question about each piece then you might find it easier to remove some things.

Overall I seems to me you took a theme, made a site, added modules, and styled it a little bit. It seems that you can make a lot of positive advancements from where you are, and by asking yourself more about the practicality of things on the site. Look at some other model sites and see what works for them, but above all keep working on it to improve it.

Yay The banner infact is Temp at the moment, 1 of my friends is trying to make a better 1, but I dont think is to symmetrical as u said, maybe abit not to "professional"
The moon module will be taken off anyway (might be good for sum werewolfs info lol)
The Font I believe is not to small at all, and easy to read.
The borders, what would u suggest for exemple?

jeremywilken first of all thanks for the kind words.
Yes personaly I like dark Themes and the colours :) The red actualy might be abit "hard" for the eyes, I might change it abit to light colour. My favourite colour is Blue, but yes I do like red as well.
The txt in white, I thought in put it in Light Blue, same as the Template, but probably will make abit to much of Blue?
Yes the site is abit "overload" with modules and even the header, and I do agree with u in that as well. The modules I will remove few of them for sure, to be honest some as usuless and is the exactly reason as u stated, Im trying to make abit of balance in there, and find the best way for it. Thats 1 of the main reasons I posted in here to read other people opinions and suggestions.
Thats for sure ill try my best to improve it and luckly with ppl like u to help me with.

Thanks for the comments I really apreciate.

Listen, if they cannot stand up to a review like that, then they should not post.
A review is criticizing others work, so I am entitled to my opinion.

I should ask for you to be a little more respectful to others as well.

What about the people on the front-end? What if they have visual impairments and cannot read a font like that. I certainly cannot.

I think the fonts are too small. I noticed it did scale nicely when I increased their size in the browser.

The time doesn't fit the "button" it is in.

The first set of buttons are hard to see (I didn't even see them the first time I looked). More contrasting color or glow around them would help.

You might want to run it though a validator (there are 196 errors).

While I like the spacing, there appears to be a LOT on the page. Perhaps it should be broken up into content areas?

I like everything apart from the banner. If you got a really nice banner, I think it would look great. There's not much more criticism to give out. I like it.

Design Good
The darkness of the theme. Very nice to look at

Design Bad
The borders. They're a bit too, what's the word... err... they stand out a lot.
The banner. It looks a bit, well, you know, naff.

Tech
196 Errors, 1 Warning (Markup) (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ministryofunderworld.com%2Fportal.php&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0)

Well done.

Starting from the top

Logo/Banner

Make them one image instead of several smaller parts. The main problem here is that as the window re-sizes, the banner and the background it is on become skewed with the right side of the background eventually sliding under the banner instead of surrounding it. (The same holds true for the Register/Login section)

Navigation

Maybe it's just me, but your navigation buttons aren't centered and it looks very . . . Odd. Additionally, with java-script disabled, the roll-over effects don't work. The same thing could be accomplished with a bit of CSS.

Date/Time

Like the roll-over effects, the Date and Time don't work with java-script disabled. Color Scheme Not necessarily bad or good. It all depends on what your visitors like. I might try adding a bit more color, but that is up to you.

Overall, and based on other sites of a similar nature, I would say it is probably pretty average. Which is to say that it strikes me as being neither exceptionally good or bad.
