onMouseover Text Help Please....

Is there a way to display text when you put your mouse over a link? Just like the html feature works using the Altenate text in a image property. You can see an example @ the following address:

www.bearinglocator.com/bl/test.asp

If you roll your mouse over the image you should see some alternate text appear. I want to be able to display that when you roll your mouse over a link. Is this possible?
