java script code request

hello , after greets

well i wanna make a sample control panel such like the vbulletin control panel

so anybody have any idea about the java script code that they used on it to make the standard tree list on the left side and the header main thing on the all admin pages on the control panel

so please some body helps me to make that form to learn it
