Flash Programmer Needed for Small Project

1) Project Details: I have an existing Flash Website (inherited) for a photographer. It loads the images and thumbnails via an XML file and the user can go from gallery to gallery and view the images by clicking on the thumbnail. There is currently an area for video that comes up as "Coming Soon" and we need to put in the thumbnails and videos (also changeable via XML) to be played.

2) Payment Amount: Negotiable.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal is great.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): Need something quickly. The guy who had made the original changes for me said it would be a small job, but he's since disappeared and I don't know Flash.
