I just launched it so I need some tips, ideas and opinions on the design. THANKS! :)

It's a bit dull, boring and rather basic.
Maybe some colour needs to be added
It's more of a bulliten board than a forum per-se

It has no sense of purpose. This makes it fail miserably as a homepage. Your content needs to give a sense of who you are, what you're doing and why. A List Apart (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/homepagegoals/) could put it better than I ever could; go have a read.

Good points. I wanted to make the design clean and uncluttered. But maybe its too clean!
