also does anyone use excite.com email service as all my spam has fake headers and i could stop it all by just blocking the domain name excite.com

See the Wired news article (http://www.wired.com/news/infostructure/0,1377,57613,00.html) on spam that was just published. Most spammers out there are only interested in generating and selling email addresses to other spammers. It gives me hope that the collapse of the spamming industry will soon happen.

Considering that SPAM is illegal in the EU, and the FCC's continued push to bring spam under their domain, it is unlikely that it will ever be truly stopped, but certainly lessened. Also, with the advent of a national do-not call list for the US for telemarketers, stricter measures are on the way for SPAM specifically, but they will be a long time coming.

I recieved a piece of spam from a company that does marketing via email. Much to there pleasure i recieived it, currently after my email of complaint i have been removed from mailings. I never even registerd or responded to a link in an email saying i have registerd.

It was obvious they were breaking there privacy policy and wheeling and dealing information. In a response they assured me my that my name and address will never be disclosed to any third party.

I have set an ultimatium to find out where they got my addy from and what info they have on me.

mujhahahahhahaha i bet some customer service people **** themselves over it.

With there four page website i think they are running as a scam as i set up anopther hotmail account and subscribed to there service and have not had on mailing yet.

If i think they are running a scam what should i do?
