Multiple choice quiz

I was wondering how to do it. Javascriptkit has a code for it, http://javascriptkit.com/script/cut180.shtml but I'm not satisfied with the way it "grades" the quizes. I was looking for something along the lines of the quizes you see on websites like http://emode.com and such. Where your answers are tallied up and you are given an "answer" out of 3 or 4 "answers". I'm afraid this is getting a little confusing, but I don't know how to say what I mean. Any help at all would be appriciated. thanks so much.
