Hi there,
I've tried posting this elsewhere with little luck, so I'm now scouring several websites in a hunt for a partner for a specific project.
Organisation
This will be a start-up company and anyone involved will be looking to work for an equity stake in that organisation rather than direct payment for the short term. Long term this can obviously be modified depending on the success of the product.
This should be an exciting business opportunity that will not be too hard to get off the ground in quite a short space of time.
What you do
I'm interested in a coder who has some business sense. I am more the business man with some coding sense, but I need an opposite of me!
You will be able to code to a high standard in whatever language you choose. When I say 'high standard', please no time wasters. If this was a simple static or even dynamic website, I would be doing it myself.
Particularly interested in someone who can code a thick client interface that interacts with a customer facing website.
Some kind of examples of work would help.
If you code in a free to code, implement and host language - that's even better, but I am comfortable to discuss other options with you.
Preferably 18+
Preferably living in the UK (preferably able to drive)
You must possess almost perfect English.
Have some business sense.
You have a reasonable amount of time to dedicate to the project.
What I do
This is an idea that I would like to pursue. Preferably I'd do it on my own and take 100% of the winnings for myself, but I've come to the realisation that I don't quite have the time needed to progress my coding fast enough to get this project done on time.
