Hi All

Please be patient with me, im very new to javascripting.

I have been working on a navigational menu from some tutorial I have found online.

It works as it should except Im wanting the current page menu button to be shown when selected and not sure how to go about it.

So when visitor arrives at index.html, the menu button is in the active state, so 'Home' should be blue like on hover.

I want the same for all other pages, to be blue when selected.

I have demo online at http://www.vodev.co.uk/menutest/

There is also a zip file containing all what is online at http://www.vodev.co.uk/menutest/menutest.zip (11kb) which includes all pages, css and js files.

Any help, advice would be apreciated

Thanks in advance

Assuming you have a separate page for each main menu heading, try:

<li style="background-color:#ccccff; border-left: 1px solid #202020;">
<a href="index.html">Home</a></li>

Alter the color selection to meet your needs.
The change should override the 'menu.css' setting for this element only. :)
