Programming Language for Fax?

what language would I need to make a Fax program with

i need a program that can take some data, and send it to a fax machine

any ideas?

Use a combination of MySQL//PHP. Store the info in the database and use queries to extract that information from the database.

i want to make a fax program for my online restaurant menu

i want it to send an email, and send a fax

the e-mail part is easy but the fax i dont understand

and I dont want spam in my restaurant so I want to make a credit card verification to prevent the spam. they don't HAVE to pay with a credit card, they can pick it up in-store. but they have to have their name and credit card number down

Hi everybody, why has plugging in a new fax machine speeded up my internet connection? Is it normal for this to happen? I just plugged my new fax machine and the phone line from my wireless router into a two way phone splitter and my internet speed is now about twice as fast, isn't that weird? Please help me. Thank you in advance and have a nice day.
