popup window display"page cannot be displayed" Error message after 60 min

Hi,

i have one webmin application , through which i executes shell script and i display this message on popup.background script take around 90 minutes to complete its operation, before that only the popup gives the message(after 60 minutes) "page cannot be displayed".

can any one tell whats the problem , please let me know if u have any idea.
