Im looking for someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to PHP and MySQL

I dont think this should be to hard but heres some info


1st: add a text input box { to a current form}

2: limit accounts to "1 only" per ip address

3: I would like members accounts to become "inactive after a set time" so there account will not show in members searches and active once they click a Re Activate link in there members area? {Could be abit harder}
