I just took a quick look at the installation doc, and it seems like a pain, also it's kind of like in beta version

I think I'll just create a new page and insert the header("Location: page.php"); to the page

well that's a no go, as wordpress send its own headers, so by the time I intend to send mine it outputs an error....still looking for simple ways to do this

wp-united is a simple way.

I don't think geocities supports php/mysql. You'll have to find a different host that does.
