I just started taking a class in school for computer programming, i use visual basic and i need some help coding, and how to code, anyone have any suggestions how to start or where? ive sucessfully made a basic web browser and an app that says Hello and whatever u put in the text box and click the button but i still need help coding..

no i didnt see that post but thanks, it really didnt help though, i want to know the codes and commands and how to make things do other things, like, how to make a check box check and than when checked, open something else, that type of thing..ive dont a web browser but i watched a tutorial and i didnt just get taught and use my knowlage, i had to copy somone else,

i have 111 views on this post and only 1 post, common, i need some help, does anyone have any links i can go to that will give me some commands that help or a video or anything that can help me?? please ive been lookin all over cant find anything that good

What you need to look for is just programming concepts tutorials. The language you use is just a tool you use to make what you want. The concepts behind programming are what is important. It doesn't matter what language you use, the concepts behind objects, functions, variables, various data structures, etc. is the same.

yeah i know that but i dont know how to make things work lol, i dont know how to write the code for the progress bar in my version of an internet explorer ive been working on, i have a back button, forward button, Home button, address bar and Go button and they all work but im trying to add to it to make it better and like im not sure how to get the progress bar to work..thats just one example of what i need help on.
