how do I take an image off a movie on realplayer?

pr just get a screen capture programand you can ripwhatevers on your screen (exept you cant siez it or anything)

Snagit allows you to resize, change format, flip, convert colors
etc. on the fly. you can also capture videos.

i'd just hit "Print Scrn"... then use any half decent image editor to do the resize, change format, flip, convert colors
