access denied to server

Hi,

I seem to have a problem uploading stuff to a server... It says access denied although I can log into the ftp and download the site.

It says details:

200 Type set to I
227 Entering passive mode 91,142,114,41,232,240
550 esp. html. accesso denegado

Does anyone know how to fix this? Can I do it myself or does the server guys have to fix it for me?

You must not have write permissions, unless you can adjust the privileges of FTP accounts through your control panel, your host will have to fix this.
