looking for php file upload script

hey guys

i have searched google for a simple, effective file upload script, but I havent been able to find one that satisfied my needs

i need all files to be able to be uploaded, no size limit

The size limit is based on your webhost's PHP configuration.
Not only size limit, but also execution time. It may time-out
before the file is uploaded or exceed file size. I suppose if
you have your own server, it might be something you could do.

The only two that I've ever been satisfied with are,
