How can you make a css site where the positioning of the elemts in the page don't mess up when it's resized?

If i resize the window to make it slightly smaller then the panels don't stay where they are supposed to.

To see what i mean: http://www.yourweddingplan.co.uk

Is it because i have a border which has relative positioning? (I think i need this so that whenever i update the content of the site the border will fit around the new content). The panels themselves use floats.

Thanks...

Well, for one you could use a fixed width.
At the moment your width is automatic,
and that is the reason why your boxes are dropping down.

It seems as your design already uses fixed width,
around 920px, so I see no problem with actually fitting
the design with fixed width.

Hope that helped,
Eli

Thanks very much. Simple answer but it helped!

Although you really should center the layout: at higher resolutions it looks silly to have it squashed on the left.
