Form answers display in a single page, without refresh.

Hi. I am a total newbie to Ajax, and I don't entirely know what this effect is.
I've only just conquered basic PHP.

So, I would like the results of my 'form quiz' to display underneath the form so the page doesn't have to refresh.

Here is the page I would like to jazz up:
