require: php coder for rapidshare site.

hi.

I am looking for a php coder to partner with on rapidshare type site.
I can offer 20% of profit off the site.

I have been in web marketing full time for the past 5 years.
I have a domain for the site
I have prepaid 2 years hosting for the site.
I have a large list of rapidshare uploaders/spammers who are ready to use my system.

All i need is a capable php coder ready to work on the project.

Here is a few questions and answers for you before you ask.

Why don't i just pay for a script?
I would like a coder who can make changes at any time and is dedicated to the project, not someone who just wants their money then never helps.

How and when will i be paid?
I will pay 20% monthly profit into a epassporte visa card. or into paypal.
You will be paid at the end of every month.

Where does the profit come from?
The profit will come from signups and ad spots.

What does the project consist of?
The project consists of the main rapidshare type site with advanced features.

Will you be doing any coding? 20% seems like an awfully low amount for what seems to be the majority of the work.

No I will not be doing any of the coding, i will be marketing and managing the site.

The marketing will take me about 2 years full time to get the site going to the level I want it to be running.

The management of the site will be ongoing until the site can hire someone full time.

I have 2 sales staff on wage to sell the product to other webmasters.

I can send a min 30k a day into it, at current rates of avg. $7 per thousand am also investing $210 worth of traffic a day into the project. which i could be reselling instead.

so all I can say is 20% is a great rate of pay for coding a script, and doing some upgrades to it when needed.

Like I said in my original post, I am looking for a coder to work with me, if you want to you can send me a quote for the job to be done for a flat fee via pm and ill let you know.

Basically I am tired of finding coders for new jobs every time I need some work done.
