Eradicating VirtuMondo and SillyDI.DJM

Does anyone know of a good program to eradicate SillyDI.DJM and Mondo (Virtumondo) on my computer? I purchased Exterminate It! and it reports the trojans wiped out, but within a few hours they reappear. I've also run Spybot, Ad-Aware and Norton Anti-Virus with no luck.

AnitVir will remove it. I had a few systems infected. Spybot caught a lot but not all.
