Hi,
I am basically a Photoshop/Illustrator person and (perhaps to my loss) never bothered much about Fireworks - thinking that both can do what the otherone does so it will ultimately come down to personal preference - but since it was announced that Adobe is continuing Fireworks development in CS4 I am thinking that perhaps there is a real edge to the program that I am unaware of.
I have heard that there is some kind of web layer in FW-PNG but I always thought that it is just another name for the 'slices layer' in Photoshop.
So, apart from the bitmap/vector collusion in FW, does it have any significant advantages as a software for web graphics?
Thanks!
