how to edit the text (file in .ai format)

I have a bussiness card file in .ai format

I want to edit the address in the card.

Can I edit? or How does one can change the text using corel draw or adobe illustrator (ai)?

Open illustator, double click on the text you want to edit, and it should let you change it. If that fails, click on the text tool, then on the text you want to edit, and change it however you want.
