I know a lot of people who have good 'jackpot' ideas, but what is in this job for the developer? What part of the project will you be doing, or will it all be done by this professional? What is the incentive for someone to work with you on this idea?

I'm not trying to be rude, but if you have a really good idea that is going to make money, you would want to get some legalities taken care of. So I'm afraid you sound like you just have another great idea, but no idea what you are getting into.

Also, the work of a highly skilled web developer comes at a high price. Sure another college kid can make a page, code some stuff. In some cases they are exceptional (like the people who made Facebook), but they were able to do it themselves at first. So you need to provide some incentive for someone to work with you on this project. I don't think many quality developers are likely to just drop projects that they are making money with to help someone with an idea, of which we have no idea what it is.

If you can give some details about the project, how it might be beneficial for me to do work with you, how we would do work, what you contribute to the project, and what exactly you need from me, I could better decide if my services match your needs.
