I really need help!

OK basically I need a form where someone can select their check in and check out time, etc to check hotel room availability for a Travelodge hotel. What I need the form to do is to then send the string of customer inputs to the main Travelodge website where it would pre-populate the fields on their site. Here is an example (http://www.travelodgenanaimo.com/default.aspx) of another site that has one.

Does anyone know an easy way I can do this? Or is there someone that would be able to do it for me for a reasonable fee? The form is already complete, I just need the code to make it work.

This can only be done using a server-side language such as PHP.
