Excel and Vbasic and Replace

First off I do not know much at all about Visual Basic. I have a very limited need to do something I would consider very simple, but I have unfortunately not been able to get this working using the help docs.

I need to perform a mass replace in an Excel spreadsheet using VBasic. Can anyone step me through this?
