Visual Intedev Configuration Problem!

I don't know why, when I'm using win2k, I have problem on creating a project. When the web project wizard appear asking to specify a server, It failed to connect. I specify "localhost" or "MyMachineName", both failed.

PLease advice!

Sigh... I wish i could help, but I am in the same boat... my "personal" version of .NET at home works but the one I use at work is corrupted. Go figure. :(
