.NET enterprise web application??

I need to Develop .NET enterprise Web application, I have no experience in ASP.net only in WinForms.

Any suggestions?

Read. Search for some asp.net examples to get an understanding of how things work differently on the web vs windows apps.

ASP.NET is like a "sea". You need to first choose which front end language you want to use to develop your web application like C#, VB.NET, J#..if you are good at VB then go for VB.NET..and if you are good in OOPS the choose C#.

In the meantime, search in Google for beginner's guide of ASP.NET. You will find lots of tutorials.
