Export XML

Is it possible for me to parse my XML file and insert the contents into a database?
I already have the table and field names set up in the database but now need the XML content inserted into the table.

I am trying to find a tutorial or site for more info to guide me.

what programming language do u plan to use? once u've identified that ask in that forum and they should be able to help you...every language has its own quirks to parsing xml
