I need a new hosting company

Hi all! (not sure if I'm on the right forum for this question).

I'm looking for a new hosting company, I pay too much. But I don't want one with pop-ups and all that ad stuff. It's a commercial site (business makes not money yet). Need something cheap and reliable.

Any suggestions

(Also I get so confused on the hosting vs ISP? any info would be great.)

I re-sell hosting for a guy here in town. He's got some great servers collocated in Houston. I wouldn't charge you my re-sell fee, though :D
